No callout fee within our standard area. The price covers the tyre, fitting, wheel balancing, a new valve, old tyre disposal and VAT.

Do you offer 24 hour mobile tyre fitting?

Not currently. Our mobile van runs Monday to Saturday, 08:00 till 18:00. Outside those hours, get the car somewhere safe with your breakdown provider and call us first thing.

How long does mobile tyre fitting take?

Around 20 to 30 minutes for one tyre and about an hour for a full set, once we are with you.

Do you balance the wheels at my house?

Yes. The van carries a wheel balancer, so every tyre we fit is balanced on site, exactly as it would be in the workshop.

Can you fit tyres at my workplace?

Yes, as long as we can park safely beside the car and the ground is level. Plenty of Fleet and Farnborough office car parks work fine.

What if I do not know my tyre size?

Give us your registration and we will look it up, or read the code off the sidewall, for example 205/55 R16 91V.

Do you take my old tyres away?

Yes, every time. They go back with us and are recycled through a licensed waste carrier.

Can you come out to a motorway?

No. We do not work on motorway hard shoulders or live carriageways. If you are stranded on the M3, get behind the barrier and call 999 or your breakdown provider.

Can you fit run flat or low profile tyres at my house?

Yes. The van's tyre changer handles run flats, low profiles and larger 4x4 wheels.

The van comes to you

We arrive with your tyres and a full fitting rig. A driveway, a level street or a workplace car park is all we need to work safely beside the car.

Fitted, balanced and checked

Old tyre off, new tyre on, wheel balanced, valve renewed, torque set to your manufacturer's figure and pressures checked. Old tyres leave with us.

How to read tyre size codes on the sidewall

Where to Find Your Tyre Size

It is moulded into the side of the tyre itself, not in the handbook. Crouch down beside any wheel and look for a code like the one shown.

1205 is the tread width in millimetres

255 is the profile, the sidewall height as a percentage of the width

3R16 means radial construction on a 16 inch wheel

491V is the load index and speed rating. These matter, so do not leave them out
